The ride-hailing company notified him of the ban on X (formerly Twitter) yesterday, citing his persistently low passenger rating of 4.2. Uber stated that his score failed to improve after a prior warning, leading to account removal.
The news sparked curiosity among his followers. Many wondered what kind of passenger could get banned. One user joked that Ansem probably kept drivers waiting while his companions got ready. His response: “It’s really not my fault.”

He described the ban as the result of “an accumulation of just bad habits.” He admitted he is “always late” and acknowledged that when he calls an Uber, “we’re loud as f**k in the Uber.” He added that he often travels with a large group, with people screaming in the back seat. Regarding his lateness, he explained the struggle of leaving a club: everyone is still getting ready, drinking, and trying to find friends.
Uber’s community guidelines
Uber maintains clear community guidelines that apply to both drivers and riders. These include prohibitions on open containers of alcohol or illegal drugs, and rules against aggressive, confrontational, or harassing behavior. The company states: “Don’t use language, make gestures, or take action that could be disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate.” Riders must also follow the law, wear seatbelts, and avoid bringing firearms.
It’s not publicly known exactly what rating triggers a rider ban. In 2019, Uber required drivers to maintain at least a 4.6 average across recent trips, but riders’ thresholds may differ. Uber claims it gives low-rated riders multiple chances to improve before suspension.
