The price of $NEAR has climbed more than 12% in the last 24 hours. The move follows an announcement from Sunrise and Near Intent about a partnership. The two teams plan to set up liquid markets for $NEAR Intents assets on Solana. The news went out on Twitter, and traders reacted quickly.
Partnership expands access to Solana
For $NEAR, the deal could mean more than a short-lived move. By making the token available inside Solana’s network, the partnership might bring in a wider trading audience. Solana has a large and active user base, so even a small slice of that attention could matter. Solana Compass reported about $11.4 million in 24-hour trading volume for $NEAR on Solana on launch day. Netflow was around $819K. Those numbers are not huge, but they suggest real interest.
Futures and ETF data show rising activity
Trading activity is also picking up in the futures market. Retail traders seem to be more active on spot markets too. One data point stands out: $NEAR Intent revenue jumped to $163K. That figure had not been recorded in the past three months. It might be a sign that the project is starting to generate meaningful fees. But one day of revenue does not make a trend. I think it is worth watching, though.
$NEAR ETFs also reported $1.13 million in daily inflows. That shows investors are still putting money into $NEAR-linked products. Persistent inflows could support demand over time. Still, a single session cannot establish a lasting trend. So it is too early to call this a sustained shift.
Technical picture looks bullish, but risks remain
On the daily chart, the impact of the news is clear. $NEAR’s price is bouncing from a key demand zone. The rally is coming with higher trading volume. The token now trades above all key EMAs. That is usually a bullish signal. However, traders should be careful. Some holders and bulls are sitting on floating profits. A profit-taking phase could trigger a pullback. That is a normal risk after a double-digit rally.
All in all, the partnership and the ETF inflow surge give $NEAR a reason to continue higher. But nothing is guaranteed. The market can turn quickly, especially when margin builds up. For now, the momentum is positive. Whether it lasts will depend on follow-through in volume and revenue.
